MyNeia currently ships within the United States only. At MyNeia we do everything we can do to provide you with a simple, transparent, and reliable shopping experience. Please read our shipping policy bellow carefully. 

Order Processing times

All Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Times

Our products are shipped directly from our suppliers.
Estimated delivery time is 10–14 business days after shipment.

Delivery times may vary depending on destination or circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can track your parcel in real time.

Delivery Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and correct delivery address. We cannot be held responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect address provided by the customer. 

Lost or Delays

If your order has not arrived after 20 business days, please contact our customer service at support@myneia.com. so we can assist you to find a quick solution (reshipment or refund as appropriate).
